Hi. I have in my survey sheet some fields that are select_one and select_multiple with or_other option. Is there a way to make the other specify a required field?

Hi Herdielh! The or_other construct does have limitations if you need to support multiple languages, code as a different value, or make that other question required. I've put a detailed example here of how to use relevance to make your own or_orther. Give it a try!
