Manual Upload using USB

We’re trying to export survey results manually from the tablets to our local computer (bypassing Aggregate altogether) using a USB cord. It was working great until a couple minutes ago (we were simply copying and pasting instances from the ODK folder onto the computer). However, one tablet shows 31 surveys in the ODK Collect app, but only 20 in the file of “instances” that are able to be copied over. Anyone know why and how to resolve this?

This is the recommended work-around
