i did but all its recommends is not to have space in my values nothing about relevance statement !! i tried without the relevant statement its work fine !! i dont know i will try something else now
You have a lot of "relevant="(YES)" in our form. Haven't tried this
yet on a phone, but I don't think that will work.
Relevance is how branching works and you need to put an expression in
the relevant slot, not a "YES". See

the relevance and to have the same result.
