Try deleting the ::English from the column header. You should only include the language identifier if your label (and other translatable columns) also have a language identifier. See this post for more details:

When testing this I had issues with media displaying correctly when there are language options in the survey if the media column(s) are not also localized. If you remove the ::English you should be fine. Or you can add a media column for each language. See below.
