Meta instanceID

Is there a way to decode the 'meta instanceID'? I mean for example does
the ID contain any date/time information?
Thanks. w

No, it is a random string, effectively unique for all practical purposes
because 2**122 is a very big number.

You can supply a different definition for the instance id in your form --
it is just a calculate expression. To do that, you would have to edit the
XML directly. If you do, I recommend wrapping whatever formula you use in
a once() expression.
