You should be able to restore from a backup to migrate the data. I am not sure if audit logs are included, so please check that after the restore. It is important to note that a restore should be done to the same version that created the backup. You should either upgrade your existing Central instance to match the up-to-date version on your new server, or install an older version of Central on your new server (then upgrade after the data transfer).
