Multiple response Serial check option control

Hi,
Can we make it possible to select only the serial in the multiple choice list ?
The multiple answers I put are 1.Other_Specify 2. (DK). The main option chosen above should be selected first.

Hi @kunwar_bikram, please do not tag people when posting a question. This is an open, community forum and people will answer when/if they know the answer and have the time to respond.
