Can you use an external CSV file as a multiple select/search?
I want to create a form to assist with a botanical survey. I have a plant species list and I am wanting to be able to select the species present for a given compartment of land. The species within each compartment will also have to be categorised into corresponding DAFOR abundance classification Dominant, Abundant, frequent, occasional and rare. As such, I am planning to have five questions for each abundance category which all pull data from an external CSV file.
I am not sure if this is possible in ODK or xslform and would not know whereto start.
I have searched the forum but not managed to find anything recent. One topic mentioned something similar but it indicated that it was not currently possible to pull data from an external CSV file for multiple selects.
I have attached the csv file of the species, I am wanting to pull the data from the Concat column.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
