Multiple selection based on previous question and sum of two question equal to 100

Hi,
i want to total sum should be equal to 100 and 2nd question .i.e D2 comes when we select Q!D1 option 2 or 1 and 2.

Please help me

Have you read through the XLSForm documentation? You need a "survey" and a "choices" worksheet. The file you attached is missing the "choices" sheet.
