Myself Kotresh and I work with a non profit Organisation in Bangalore,
India. In my current role I deal with trainers/teachers to support their
challenges they are facing at their institutes. Currently I have created
Google form to report their Issues at their centres, but It is just limited
to text, Wherein ODK can help me with more advanced features and I
completely believe that this will help me to improve the reporting and
support system in my work.
I have started with the initial R&D on ODK, but getting stuck due to
limited knowledge on ODK, Hence I am looking for a mentor, who can support
and guide me on-line to design and develop a system by sparing their
valuable time.

w.r.t. ODK Briefcase.
It appears that your server is using a self-signed certificate?
Or a certificate authority (CA) that is not one of the standard ones?
You will need to manipulate the certificate authorities (CA) on your
computer so that the one used when creating the SSL certificate for your
ODK Aggregate server is among the CAs recognized. i.e., See the Java
Control Panel
