Qn1. What animal species do you own? Multiple selection = pig, cattle, poultry, fish, goat, sheep
Qn2. What do you do in response to disease problems? Multiple selection = Use trad medicine, Use Medicine from vet store, Consult local healer etc.
Qn3, Qn4 and Qn5 are relevant per species if Qn2 == Use Medicine from vet store
Qn3. List medicine (Text) from vet store for selected at Qn1
Qn4. Why do you use this product (refering to each medicine listed)?
Qn5. How many livestock recieved these products in the last 4 months?
The first level of repeat will list all medicines used for each species selected in Qn1
The second level of repeat will ask Qn4 and Qn5 for each drug/s listed for each species selected in Qn1
What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
