Hello Community!
I'm trying to make a new user account for the online ODK Aggregate site, but I don't have the credentials to our business account (from the original user who left the company several years ago). How do I go about making another account for this new user?
Hi Marlena,
In general, there are two administrative accounts involved with
setting up Aggregate.
The first account is the Gmail account that was used to install (and
upgrade) ODK Aggregate on App Engine. The second account is the
administrator username and password that is used to log into ODK
Aggregate itself. This second account is what you use to create ODK
usernames and passwords (e.g., for enumerators).
If you don't have access to the first account, there is, by design,
nothing we can do. If you have some access to the server (e.g., admin
or form manager privileges) through the second account, then you
should migrate your data to another server that you do control.
If you have access to the first account, you can reset access to the
second account by re-installing ODK Aggregate. The caveat is that this
may be complicated depending on how old your version of Aggregate is.

Hope that helps,
