New ODK Collect test builds - Ukrainian, Khmer, Arabic; new Google Sheets & Audio features

This build (rev 1056) is the base 1.4.7 functionality with updated Arabic,
Khmer and Ukrainian translations:

This build (rev 1057) has upcoming 1.4.8 features:

  • removes Google Maps Engine integration
  • adds Google Sheets integration
  • adds audio auto-play to selection choice lists
  • known to have crashes on tabular lists
  • does not have markdown support (...soon)
  • still retains extended Html formatting that we are aiming to restrict
    (...soon)
