1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
The problem concerns the ODK collect project. Two last tests in ProjectListItemViewTest class has " in name thus the tests do not work properly. Problem only appearce in Windows OS. You can read more about this issue here: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-17438.

Delete " charaters in name of method.
