Not able to download froms form openmrs

HI

I am using ODK with openmrs. I have uploaded xform module in openmrs,
but even after it I am not able to download xform.

I have following settings:

server: http://url:8080/openmrs
type: Xfom
username: admin
password: ***

What is missing here??

as i noted in http://groups.google.com/group/opendatakit/browse_thread/thread/1712fea4d4218308.
we've slowed down the openmrs functionality until we can get a
standardized api for all xforms compatible servers. if you are
interested in helping with that effort, please let me know and i'll
put you in touch with the right people.
