Not able to publish data in Google Spreadsheet from ODK Aggregate Server

I am using Aggregate v1.7.0. Following is the screenshot.
I am new to this publishing data from ODK Aggregate. Kindly advise how to resolve.

I have followed the instructions given in above document. but still the issue persists.
