I am having a strange problem with my Aggregate account on App Engine. When
I login to the account I reach the homepage, but instead of displaying the
information it constantly refreshes the pages making it unusable. Is this a
bug or have I just exceeded my storage limit on App Engine (if so, how can
I tell)? Any clues or answers would be much appreciated.

Two things:

This is a known issue with form updating with larger forms. The request
processing time on AppEngine is limited to 60 seconds; if the parsing of
the form takes longer, then the removal of the earlier version of the form
may not fully happen (because the server thread is killed by Google).
(2) Have you updated to ODK Aggregate 1.4 ?
Google made an infrastructure change that will eventually break ODK
Aggregate 1.3.3 and earlier. Once I fix (1) above, you should upgrade. See

steps.
