I'm receiving the following error in ODK aggregate.
Error: Problem persisting data or accessing data (Attachment errors: SELECT * FROM BUILD_34369579_PHOTOS_PHOTOLOCATION_BN WHERE _TOP_LEVEL_AURI = uuid:658c9354-b88e-4804-83b0-b3ecae3a9d24 AND _PARENT_AURI = uuid:658c9354-b88e-4804-83b0-b3ecae3a9d24 is missing an attachment instance OR has extra copies.)
I followed the directions given here for Repairing a Fill-In Form Submission https://github.com/opendatakit/opendatakit/wiki/Aggregate-AppEngine-Troubleshooting, but that didn`t fix the problem. (I followed these instructions before the last time this occurred, and I was able to get to the point where I could download the csv and the website stopped giving the error message, but still could never download into briefcase.)
I then tried looking for errors with just the attachment (as suggested under 2b of the Repairing a Fill-In Form Submission), but I couldn`t find any.
Can someone please provide some guidance on how I should proceed? Any help would be much appreciated.

(1) check that you are running the very latest ODK Aggregate (v 1.4.13). If
not, upgrade to that. Recommended upgrade steps are here:
This won't fix the issue, but will ensure that the more complete
information is logged to the log when this occurs.
This could help you follow step 2b and find the issue and fix it yourself.
(2) If this doesn't allow you to fix the issue, then you can
(2a) invite me ( mitchellsundt@gmail.com ) as a developer

so that I can see your logs and datastore content.
and
(2b) go to your ODK Aggregate's Site Admin tab and create a username and
password with Data Viewer permissions.
Then
(2c) send me ( mitchellsundt@gmail.com ) an e-mail (DO NOT send this to
opendatakit@ ) with your AppEngine URL, this username and its password, and
the form definition that is causing the issue.
I can then run ODK Briefcase to download your data to my laptop and find
and fix the issue.
No promises on when I can look into this, but I will try to resolve this
within a week.
