ODK Aggregate Beta 4 now available for download

ODK Aggregate Beta 4 is now available for download.

Appspot deployments should either (1) start with a new appspot instance
(recommended) or (2) delete all forms and data, disable writes and manually
delete all data tables in an existing appspot instance.
For MySQL or PostgreSQL deployments, you should start with an empty
database.
