ODK Aggregate Error

Good day,

We are currently using ODK as our data collection tool for our study and we have been experiencing the following problems:

  •      Opening the ODK aggregate

  •      Downloading or submitting forms

  •      And making changes on our data collection tools

I have attached the error message below,
