ODK Aggregate server error

Dear ODK community,
Need some urgent help! We are running a survey and ODK collect, aggregate
and briefcase has been working flawlessly for the first few days. Suddenly
we ran into a serious problem when we had to edit the survey form and
upload a slightly edited XML. After that we can no longer download the new
form in ODK collect.

I have deleted all the ODK folders, uninstalled the ODK collect and
reinstalled but did not help. Tried also couple of other devices, but the
same problem remains. Our application resides in google appspot.

Please have a look at the screen shot for the specific error message it
generates.

Not sure whether its a major problem but we need some quick fix. We are in
the middle of an ongoing survey. Please help if you can!

Hi Rushad,

This sounds like a connection problem from the mobile to the server. Toggle
Wi-Fi/3G to see if that helps. If not, reboot the device.

I just checked the daily log in appspot. We are using far below than the
quota limit.
