To install locally (or in a hosted Java environment), read

To install on Amazon Web Services, read

If these links do not address your problem, please provide a more
specific description of what you are trying to accomplish and where

Bluehost does not support hosting in a Java container. You are looking for
a host that suports Java Servlets, JSP, Tomcat/Jakarta, EJB, J2EE, etc.
Something like http://www.jvmhost.com would work, although I have never
used them so don't take this as a recommendation...
