ODK Briefcase failing to pull forms from ODK Aggregate

Hi,
I am unable to pull forms from my aggregate 1.4.7 server using Briefcase. When I open the "connect" tab and enter the required details, and then hit "connect", nothing happens (apart from the pop up window disappearing). No list of forms appear for me to select from, even though I have 5 forms on the server.

I tested briefcase with another server I have running aggregate 1.4.3 and it works perfectly. Is this a bug?

Have you confirmed that the username and password are set up correctly on
your 1.4.7 server?

ODK Briefcase 1.4.5 works fine against opendatakit-2.appspot.com (which is
running 1.4.7)

Have you got solution to this issue.

I am also facing the same, double checked username, Password and URL; still unable to pull or push.

Can you please help me to resolve the same

Here are a few things to try:

  1. Confirm in a web browser that your username and password work on Aggregate
  2. Confirm that the ODK user has form manager privileges
  3. Try a different connection. You might be behind a proxy.

Once you've done that, what exactly happens when you hit the Connect button? What version of ODK Briefcase are you using? Has this ever worked before?

Can you share what the problem was so others can learn from it?

Issue was on connection side, after rechecking the network connection same worked fine.
