ODK Briefcase freezes on puling data from Aggregate and during during decryption

Hi all,

Whenever i try to use briefcase to pull data from from aggregate or when i try to decrypt data after i pull data from my device, briefcase always freezes, nothing happens at all.

What might be causing this and can you please guide me on how to solve this?
