Both:
- increase the timeout for accessing ODK Aggregate to 60 seconds
- limit the number of images uploaded in one transmission to 100 or less
(splitting an upload across more transmissions).
These changes should reduce the frequency of failures when accessing ODK
Aggregate through slower internet connections.
