We are having a problem logging into our ODK Build account. We have the username; however, when asking for the password to be reset, is does not issue a new password to our email address. I have tried to reset the password several times, but no luck.

We definitely need all the existing forms that are in that account. It
would be a shame to have to rebuild them.
Thanks for all your help.
Cheers,
Jeff
