We strongly recommend using Linux, preferably the latest Ubuntu Server LTS, as the host operating system (natively or in a virtual machine) for your Central install. The team can't provide details for every service but the instructions provided for Digital Ocean should be a good starting point. People have installed on a variety of cloud service providers so I would imagine it could work on RedHat. If you try, please report back on your experiences and let us know both if you run into any issues or if it goes smoothly!
