Where can i get a a step by step guide on how to setup ODK central on a locally hosted server (Ubuntu). Also please note that i dont have a domain so we'll access the server throughan ip address

The following guide was useful for me.

Central requires a fully qualified domain name.
It's not possible to use only an IP address. You need at least a free domain which you can create using freeDNS as described in the documentation: https://docs.getodk.org/central-install-digital-ocean/#getting-a-web-address-domain-name
