Have you read the notes in the documentation about [installing on windows](https://docs.getodk.org/central-install/#installing-on-windows)? Are having trouble installing Docker? Or have you installed Docker and the other dependencies and are having trouble installing Central?

It will be easier to help if you can post the steps you have tried and what errors you encountered. For specific issues you have during the installation process, there might be answers here already [on the forum](https://forum.getodk.org/search?q=central%20install%20windows).
