I have setup rewrite rule in IIS server to proxy pass to docker container and installed the trusted SSL certificates (customssl) on subdomain. The same certificate is registered with ODK central.
But I am getting Error 500 on my subdmain but accessing the subdomain with custom port 8443 is accessible.
But the Enketto form and Collect app is not supporting custom port other than 443. There is a PR for added custom ports in the application but after trying it so many times, I am still seeing the message
'Unable to connect to Form Server'
