I am trying to get connected to ODK central sandbox but the website is not loading. I went to this URL to try to access sandbox: https://sandbox.central.getodk.org/
I don't know if I am going to the wrong URL? I think this URL used to work for me.

Hi @hugh_sun, I've sent you a personal message addressing your sandbox access.
For everyone else...
We started the sandbox when Central was in beta and installation instructions were evolving. Central is now production-ready and there are a variety of ways to get a server. For that reason, we retired the sandbox on January 31st.
We notified everyone with an account on the sandbox on January 12th and asked them to download their forms and data. We have also kept a backup of that data in case someone forgot.
If you still need to try Central, the easiest way forward is with ODK Cloud. ODK Cloud provides Central installs that are fully managed and supported by the core team. Learn more at https://getodk.org#odk-cloud.
If ODK Cloud isn't a good fit for you, you can always self-install Central. https://docs.getodk.org/central-install has everything you need to get started.
