ODK Central Server - dynamic form launching directly within submissions

Hi all,

Does ODK Central Server allow dynamic form launching directly within submissions?

If yes, is there any unique id which links both the Parent form and the Child form ?

If No, is there any other way we can achieve this functionality with ODK Central as server?
