ODK Central v2026.3: Smoother Entity uploads from CSV, show one question per page in Web Forms, and so much more

ODK Central v2026.3.1 is now available. It includes the following changes:

  • Style "View As" filter above Entities table, adding ability to search App Users
  • Fix Submission geodata parsing when the XML is a content fragment. Thanks @alexcorran for the report!
  • Update ODK Web Forms
    • min() and max() now ignore empty values in repeats
    • Whole numbers in decimal fields are now read as 2 instead of 2.0, so comparisons and join() work as expected
    • Support setvalue on the upload question type
    • Range questions now clearly show when no value has been selected
    • Keep spacing between markdown elements in select choice labels
    • Block "Add" in paginated repeats when the current page has invalid questions
    • Show the actual error from Central when a Web Forms submission fails
