What is the problem? Please be detailed.
ODK Collect and briefcase can not access the aggregate but can access using web browsers. The briefcase cant pull any data in the aggregate.

What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
i'am using both the latest release

Thanks for the reply @Grzesiek2010,

When I'am sending a finalized forms, an error: Generic Exception Connect to (agg site) failed.

It looks like my aggregate not accepting my submissions, I tried accessing the aggregate site using web browsers and it works fine, but when i tried to pull data using the briefcase it shows error about can not access the aggregate.

This is most certainly an issue with the network. It could be that the browser goes through a proxy, but that Collect/Briefcase don't. Does it happen on WiFi and on 3G? Have you spoken with your IT staff?
