I HAVE CONFIGURED ODK AGGREGATE WITH MYSQL AND APACHE TOMCAT AND EVERYTHING
WORKS FINE, SERVER OPENS CORRECTLY AND I CAN UPLOADS FORMS BUT WHEN EVER I
TRY TO GET A BLANK FORM FROM MY ANDROID PHONE THROUGH ODK COLLECT IT GIVES
THIS ERROR, AND I AM STUCK IN THIS ERROR FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND COULD NOT
RESOLVE THE ISSUE... ATTACHMENTS AND IMAGE GIVEN BELOW.... ANY SUGGESTIONS
WOULD BE GREAT HELP FOR ME. THANK YOU.

Please don't write in all caps.
Your device is probably on a different network than your server. Make
sure they are on the same network then try using the device's browser
to go to http://192.168.1.101:8080. If that works, then you'll know
they are on the same network.

sorry for writing all in caps. from what you've said i like to say that my
apache tomcat web server and my android phone are on the same network as in
both connected to the same wifi router, when i try to to the above link
that you mention from my laptop that i am using for the server it works
fine everything but when i try to go to the above link from my android
phone it fails and as i mentioned before i cant even get a blank form
from(though i uploaded a form in my mysql server) my server, and i also
configured google app engine and uploaded odk aggregate on that and it
works fine and i am able to do everything like getting blank form but
having only problem in this mysql tomcat web server. please help and give
some suggestions regarding this problem. thank you.

Try opening the browser on your phone. And using that to log onto your
Tomcat server. Then go to the Forms Management tab, and click on the form
to view the form definition. Does that work? It will use the same URL
construction as the phone is trying to use to download the form.
