ODK Collect fail to send form to ODK Aggregate

I tried send form from ODK Collect to ODK aggregate , but always get 301 error.
I installed ODK aggregate 1.7.1 on Centos 7 in AWS
I setup https using ALB
but when i tried to submit the form the ODK Collect always return 301 error.
Ive tried to disable the https and make it to http , but still get 301 error.

May anyone give me some help or suggestion?

It's unlikely Aggregate v1.7.1 will work with ALB without some work. I'd try Aggregate v2.0.0 and see if that works better.
