We've been developing ODK lately involving some forms with media files attached to the forms. We tested the form for download bt ODK collect on a demo server using peer to peer connection and everything goes smoothly. Both form and media files (csv or jpeg) are downloaded successfully.
Problem is when we move the server to our network behind firewall, the ODK Collect failed to pull any media files while any form without media files still downloaded successfully. We suspect that the Firewall might be blocking our traffic for upload/download the media files. If we required to open a certain ports for media files traffic, what is the port number used by aggregate ?
the error message is : recvform failed : ECONNRESET (connection reset by peer)
Or is there some setup that we are missing ?
any idea would be greatly appreciated.
When you installed Aggregate, it asked you for an Internet-visible IP
address or DNS name. Are you sure you entered an IP address or DNS
name that works beyond the firewall? If not, re-run the installer.
