ODK collect: form save failed

Hi guys. ...after surveys today one of the tablets has the following error:

Sorry, form save failed!:
/storage/emulated/0/odk/instances/hunting_survey_140818-08-22_........
.xml: open failed:ENOENT (no such file or directory.

This is the first time I have come accross this. Any idea?
