ODK Collect handshake failed

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
Firstly, this is my first time to use ODK.

I am having an Error while trying to download my form and submit my form from the ODK Collect App. To upload, the error message says: "Error: handshake failed".
When trying to download form, the error message says:
"Parsing failed with handshake failed while accessing xxmy_aggregate_site xxx."

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.

Details of my setup are as follows:
Host: Digital Ocean - Ubuntu
Aggregate: v2.0.3
ODK Collect App: v1.24.1
Android Phone: Android 9
My Aggregate server address: https://wprof.wanspeen.com:8080/ODKAggregate/

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?

  1. I tried creating new user
  2. Play around with the server address

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
I haven't reproduce the problem... it's still there and still looking for ways to solve it.

5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.

Welcome to the ODK forum We're glad you're here. When you get a chance, please introduce yourself on this forum thread.

I have noticed that your URL is not correct, it seem you have not configured well the SSL. If you went with defaulf options, the https cant run on port 8080.

Therefore removing s, and using port 8080 it works properly.
