ODK Collect Intermittent Crash when taking photos

Hi, I am suffering an intermittent bug in ODK Collect 1.2 on a Samsung
Galaxy Tab, 7 inch, model 2, ICS.

It happens when taking photos and it is usually after 5 or 6 photos have
already been taken. The app crashes, and the data is lost.

The form is pretty simple and created in XLS2form.

Is there anyway I can get crash data off the tablet?

Thanks
Fergus

If "all data is lost", then you are probably NOT running 1.2. It saves
your data right before launching the camera app, so you will never lose
your data. Upgrade to 1.2, and if the problem persists, please open an
issue and attach the trace.
