# \[ODK Community\] Aggregate on appspot inaccessible: Context initialization failed

This is an issue within Google AppEngine. For some unknown reason, it  
occasionally gets 'stuck' while trying to activate the application  
(presumably reading the application files off of its disk drives and  
unzipping them). This always happens in the 'unzipping' stage, as indicated  
by the error trace in the log (excerpt below)). After expending 60 seconds  
trying to unzip its files, AppEngine kills ODK Aggregate (all requests to  
AppEngine must take 60 seconds or less to run).

Under normal conditions, ODK Aggregate takes 27 seconds to start up, so  
this means Google AppEngine was experiencing a 2x slow-down.

I know of no work-around for this problem.
