Not without other tools. ODK Collect downloads empty forms and submits
filled-in forms to Aggregate, much like a paper-based form system.
ODK Clinic and other tools have layered a round-trip mechanism on top of
ODK Collect and Aggregate to manage partially-filled-out forms on the phone.
The newer 2.0 suite of tools is aimed at exactly this problem, bringing the
ability to create, update, curate and visualize data from multiple devices
on each individual device.
