What version of the Android OS is on your device? What device are you
using? Does this only occur when you have two text prompts on the same
screen? If this only occurs when you have two prompts on the same screen,
this is a known issue. Feel free to file an issue at
https://github.com/opendatakit/opendatakit/issues.
