Is there a manual work around... like change the setting by hand in Android settings and it stays that way untill...???

Collect does not explicitly set video quality and I think that's
why
Android defaults to low quality. It's a pretty easy fix -- the
core
team just needs to add the EXTRA_VIDEO_QUALITY=1
intent extra to the
video widget, and maybe add a preference for folks who
want might want
low quality video.

get updates. If this is an urgent feature, hire a developer
