You can do this with a Smap Server.
Import as:
- xlsForm
- xml form
- or create online with the editor
Export as
- xlsForm
- xml form
- codebook
- PDF for paper surveys
I will soon be making available a free hosted server where you will be able
to self register to get an account. In the meantime if you need to convert
an XML file to xlsForm just let me know and I can create an account for you
on the existing shared server.
