The code for Open Data Kit's tools (such as collected) is available at

On that website collect's code is located:

Note that to you do not need the source code to just "use" ODK Collect and
Aggregate for data collection. You only need the source code to make
customizations. New forms are created using ODK Build or ODK XLSForm.
