The issue queue is the best place to document bugs so they get
resolved and the problem does not get lost. Also note that I attached
the form and log file to the issue.
If you star the issue then you will receive email anytime some makes
an update to the issue.
Also please remember that ODK is a free and kept going by a small
number of developers who do their best balancing requests from all
around the world. If something needs to be urgently fixed you can pay
someone to do it, a list of companies that have been asked to be
listed are available here: http://opendatakit.org/help/help-for-hire/
