[ODK Community] Unable to log into aggregate account

We need a lot more information to answer this.

It sounds like you are not using Google AppEngine? If this is your first
attempt at using ODK Aggregate, I suggest you first gain familiarity with
it by setting up and using a Google AppEngine instance, and then proceed to
set up your own local server.

If you are running Tomcat/MySQL, the most likely cause is a failure to
download and copy the MySQL Connector/J to the Tomcat libs directory.

Otherwise, look in the Tomcat logs directory at the various log files. One
of these should contain an error message detailing the problem.
