Sending the same message to this list (and the dev list) multiple
times will not result in a faster response. What it does instead is
annoy the 1000+ people on the list.
When someone knows the answer, and has time to answer, you'll get an
answer. If free and volunteer-driven help is not acceptable, hire help
at http://opendatakit.org/help/help-for-hire.
