You would have to write your own app to manage this. You can launch that
app from within the survey using the 'String from 3rd party app' widget.
Your app would need to do the sharing and displaying of choices, returning
the choice picked by the respondent.
The newer tools we are developing - ODK Tables and ODK Survey - would be
able to support this, but any functionality like this would require higher
network connectivity and a cloud server to capture these updates and
disseminate them to the devices.
